What does the rent include?

The monthly rent includes the cost of staying in the room and fees for all utilities such as water, electricity, heating and internet. In addition, we care about cleanliness in the common areas, we provide round-the-clock security, garbage collection and technical support.

What will I have to pay for?

Additional fees apply only to using the underground car park and laundry room, but do not be afraid – parking is not mandatory, and laundry costs only a few zlotys.

What are the additional amenities?

You can spend your free time in our modern gym or in playrooms equipped with game consoles and large TV sets. If you are a fan of two wheels, you can store your bike for free in one of the three bike rooms. If you need peace and quiet, you can always use the common learning rooms.

Is there Internet in the dormitory?

Internet is the basis, so in our facility you can use a modern Wi-Fi network in the entire facility. In addition, you can connect via cable in your room.

Do I have to pay a deposit, and if so, when will it be returned?

The deposit must be paid only once before moving into the room. It is kept until the end of the Tenancy Agreement. If your stay went smoothly and the technical condition of the room does not deviate from the norm, then the deposit will be returned to you in the entire amount.

Can I have guests in my room?

We want everyone to feel at home, and welcoming guests is a natural thing. If the visit were to extend, then your guest can stay overnight, upon prior notification and payment of PLN 50. Importantly, we do not limit the number of visits or overnight stays.

Is the dormitory closed at night?

You return to our dormitory as if you were in your own home. The reception desks are open 24/7, so you can leave and come back at any time.
